The excellent performance of a Rega RP1

Not top of the range but for the money WOW.
The sound this turntable produces via my cambridge pre amp and cambridge power amp and bookshelf Denon speakers is excellent
The Carbon pickup minimises pops and crackles on my worst vinyl and almost disappears on new clean lps
Simple well engineered and does exactly what it is designed to. It sounds better than other more expensive decks I have heard.
