Lowered my sugar levels
I use Berberine for blood sugar control. I was diagnosed borderline diabetic and I take Berberine or other types of cinnamon and my sugar levels are back to normal. I take one tablet twice a day with meals and there aren't any negative side effects. Its great for many other things also. Read and educate yourself on this product before taking it.

All wood and sturdy
This wooden toilet tissue wall mount was hard to find. I needed it to replace an existing one that was already installed but had broken. I searched every local store in my area without any luck. I was so excited when I found it on Ebay for a great price!! Now my bathroom is complete.

Easy to use for great results
After lab work doctor told me that I was borderline diabetic and he would give me until my next visit to get my sugar under control. At the advice of my mom, I tried cinnamon for blood sugar and when I returned to my doctor--to my surprise--my sugar was lowered. Now I continue to purchase cinnamon but I always choose Nature's way products because its one I believe in to be authentic. I take one table twice daily with a meal and there's no nasty side effects to deal with.
