Best cartoons of all time!
7 von 8 finden das hilfreich Brings back fond childhood memories, and even though these cartoons were on television when I was growing up in the 50's. They don't seem politically correct or aimed primarily at children due to there political satire, and some violence. Also some minor sexual overtone story lines can be imagined or implied. So these cartoons can be enjoyed by adults as well as children who probably won't understand the political or sexual story lines. The video quality is quite good, and for a low (about $40.00) price you get 24 discs with hours of cartoons. Still might be worth it for some people if you have to pay more, but definitely worth it of you can get the box set for less.

World War 1 comes alive with this set. I remember following it when it was on CBS as a weekly series back in the early sixties.

Robert Ryan does a great job as the Narrator. Unbelievable Filming for that era. Video is very good. Although some scenes are blurry but that is because of the era that it was filmed.
