Memories Returned
During the early 1960's, NBC television, in prime time, showed this 26 episode documentary. I easily remember, one episode per week, and each time everyone was talking about "Victory At Sea" the next morning. I had always wanted a copy but it was impossible to locate one. A few years ago I did locate a tape but the quality was ? ? . This 3-disc group from Oldies -- the sound and quality are great. For those that don't know what "Victory At Sea" is about -- a 13-1/2 hour history of WWII. I think it should be shown in High School. As I just stated the quality is great, and if you want to be informed, see this documentary. By the way "Victory" won many awards. Another fact about this one -- the price is right --
