"Spirit in the Sky" moves me more now, than then.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Of course this was bought to have a copy of "Spirit in the Sky". The sound quality is excellent even being judged against SACD and Blu Ray music quality. Sounds fresh and took me back in time completely. Thoroughly enjoyed about a half dozen of his other songs, and the rest are well worth a listen.

The book is much better than the mini series
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I just read the book and really enjoyed it, then ordered the Blu-ray of the mini series. I remember watching the TV mini series in 1977. The movie was good to see again but the book is much better. If you have not read the book, do your self a favor and read it. To get the whole story and to understand better this part of our history through the lives of this family.
