Nice Trays but cannot get cubes out.

These are very nice silicone ice trays and make nice cubes like is stated but my problem is I cannot get the cubes to release. I can try to twist the tray and still no release. Turn them over and hit they on the sink, still no luck. Only way to get them out is take a knife and pry each out. What am I doing wrong????
