Good hardware, mediocre software
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The printer works well enough, but the software isn't great. We have a few dozen of these, and if you simply install the software as HP intends, eventually you will have trouble printing. You can avoid these printing issues by installing it manually, but then you lose the benefit of the scanning software and you have to use the separate HP Smart app from the Windows store, which isn't nearly as quick and convenient. We've also encountered certain software that just doesn't work well with this printer at all. Other similar printers from other manufactures seem to have far less software issues by comparison.
