Not great
Got these to try them out compared tot he honeywell foam ear plugs I'd been using for sleeping, they're advantageous as in they're reusable and more comfortable but they're just not very effective at blocking sound and the fit at times would lead to hearing my pulse beating in my ear.
Probably good for basic noise reduction necessities where you just need reduction but for near silence, foam plugs despite their cons are far more effective.
