Good for the money
2 von 3 finden das hilfreich After sanding down the bridge and replacing the strings it came with it seemed to play pretty good. I replaced the strings with D'Adario unltralights and it improved the tone greatly. Its action is a little high but manageable if you set the bridge back pretty far. When I got mine some of the hooks holding down the head were loose but I just attributed this to shipping. It's a genuine REMO head so the quality is there. Don't expect this to be a performance or recording instrument but it is an enjoyable one to learn on or for someone starting out who likes the sound of a banjo with the playability of a guitar. For personal enjoyment it's pretty okay. If you aren't looking to spend a fortune this banjitar is for you.

Just like I had as a kid!
Some companies cut on quality as the product remains on the market in order to keep profits high. Not in the case of the Wrist Rocket Slingshot. I still have one from the early 70's and this is the EXACT same quality compared to that one. The bands, the construction, the grip. All the same high quality and workmanship. Excellent price, quality construction, outstanding performance. Highly recommended for the hobbyist and the hunter.

Best guitar string ever!
Got the D'Addarios at a great price. The sound quality and playability is awesome. The resonance on my Takamine 381C 12 string guitar using these strings not only creates a beautiful tone but makes it sing. The extra light action makes playing smooth and easy with a lustrous sound quality that blends harmoniously with vocals.
