  When the item arrived, there is a large repair spot on the kettle handle which was not shown in the photo nor description. Since this was falsely represented, I requested a full refund, including my $20 shipping cost since I was sold a damaged item and I would return the item with the seller paying to have it shipped back to them. All they offered was a $20 credit and I could keep the item. They had already refunded the $20. I don’t want damaged item. Buyer beware.
