Although my heart is broken, along with the box and pieces from this kit, I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation to the seller. It was shipped the very next day, marked well and packed even better. After seeing the pictures below, they immediately put in a claim and kept me informed of all updates. They even offered to send extra parts to make up for what was broken. Absolutely wonderful to deal with and so understanding. USPS should be embarrassed delivering this package.
