Exactly what it says!

The pedals came complete with the cleats for fitting to cycling shoes; very easy to fit to the shoes with the screws provided. The pedals were easy to fit to the cranks, just remember to look for the R and L markings to fit to the correct crank. The cleats easily fit into the pedals with a push down and remove with a slight twist of the shoe; takes a few rides to get the hang of it but everything fits together well and there is adjustment screws on the pedals for the cleat fitting.
