Great product, only one minor complaint.
This is an excellent product. Accurate, dependable, multi-featured. It even has multi-level heat demand which saves a lot of energy. My only complaint it that it does not have a back light. If you want to change the setting without waking the wife, you have to have a flashlight handy to see the readout.
Please note: There were missing parts with this item. The mounting screws are missing but are easy to replace. But the tiny screw that holds the cover on is missing. Very difficult to find such a tiny screw with the right thread. May have to glue it on. Dang!

Unusual quality in both form and function.
The Guillotine style cutters have one or two blades that travel at a right angle to the cigar centerline thus having a tendency to crush the cigar resulting in a sometimes ragged cut. This iris-style cutter eliminates all those problems. There are three blades that travel in an arc similar to the curvature of the cigar and thus it gently carves the cigar rather than just a chopping motion. Quality is very good as is the fit and finish. This is the best cigar cutter I have ever owned (or seen) and is a great value for the price. I give it my highest recommendation.

Very nice electric knife
Quality design and construction. Not exactly over-powered but has more than enough for most applications. Overall, it is as good or better than all of the other electric knives I have used and/or owned.
