Steve Hoffman Master is the way to go...

This Who's Next CD is a Steve Hoffman Master, made from the original Master Tapes. It's clear and the separation is very noticeable. If the CD total time is 43.2x then it's the one you want. If it's 43.1x , then it's not a CD from the original Master Tape. The 1995 remaster sounds better on cheaper speakers (i.e. PC speakers) as it is equalized with more bass, but it's not as clear and does not sound better on a higher-end HiFi system.
