Great match
This fill putty is oil based as opposed to others which are water based. The result is a superior color match as well as superior longevity. The water based versions firm up much too fast in the plastic container. I've never had a problem with excess residue to its oil base. I find it wipes as clean as other brands.

Poor workmanship
I never had a chance to use this clock, the second hand was laying loose in the clock enclosure
