This item works fine
This product that I bought works fine. It is new in pristine contrition. However, I would not recommend Phonak products overall. Phonak company manufactures expensive products designed to fail in a relatively short time. I have moved on to a better company for new hearing aids and equipment.

Not very fragrant; not much lather
The product is not very fragrant and not very thick, more like emulsified water. I guess the quality is ok because it does clean like soap. Overall, it seems overpriced.

Works well, lasts for hours.
It has a larger footprint than I expected. Okay. The removable top has no latch or mechanism to keep the top in place. Not okay.
