Great old-style filter wrench that every mechanic should have
I have been using this oil filter wrench for over twenty years and it works awesome! It fits the filters on our vehicles. About a month ago I broke my old wrench and was ecstatic to find another one on ebay! Presently, a lot of similar oil filter wrenches have a pivoting part. I have found that the pivoting feature makes it much harder to actually take a filter off because the pivot takes away some of the torque one applies to loosen a filter. (I own another wrench with a pivoting head so I know from experience.) And this tool will stand up to decades of use.
