Good product, shame it didn't work from the box
I bought Einhell as I have other products from this brand and find them an efficient make at a low cost. The product itself is good, it is light and cuts efficiently. It replaced a previous model which used to spray chain oil everywhere, this one left no oil marks on me or the surrounding area.
I was; however, disappointing that on first use I struggled to start it. Having spent an hour trying to get it to work, a friendly neighbour checked the spark plug and noticed that the gap was too large. A quick fix (taping the ground electrode in a bit) got the chainsaw to start. I'm disappointed that a brand I find so efficient was let down by the plug and don't think this should have been allowed to leave the factory.

Great games console for the whole family
