Basket Strainer / Stopper for Waste Disposer (fits all ISE - In Sink Erator)

So much better than the real thing...

We recently had a new kitchen installed and refitted the utility room and I bought Insinkerator waste disposal units for each - an Evolution 200 and a model 56. The plastic stopper for the 56 was pretty poor quality and anything hiding in the washing up water went straight down the hole into the disposal chamber so I bought this; the Evo 200 came with the manufacturer’s straining plug. Insinkerator’s straining plug is light weight and looks a little cheap whereas this is a thing of great beauty. You can immediately see the quality of the stainless steel, it feels great to the touch - solid and reassuringly heavy - beautifully designed, manufactured and finished to the highest standard. Even the packaging was a joy - carefully boxed and protected in a cotton pouch - not what you’d expect for a humble sink plug! To use it you firmly push the whole assembly into the Insinkerator and the rubber collar grips tight - then when you pull upwards the strainer pops up a fraction allowing the water to drain though. If you pull it harder the whole assembly pops out so you can feed the Insinkerator. If you need a staring plug for an Insinkerator, look no further.

Sturdy music stand

I had previously made the mistake of buying a cheap music stand; I thought it would do the job and it does - just not very well. I eventually bought this one because my music teacher has one. This music stand is good and sturdy, the shelf is deep enough to hold a couple of music books and pencils for notations without everything collapsing. I suggest, assuming you are after a music stand, you go for this one - anything else is false economy. As for my cheap one? Well, it’ll come with me on overnight trips.

Sheet music stand.

Very easy to set up. Perfect for a newbie to learning to play most instruments. The actual sheet music holder bit on mine was a bit wobbly but liveable with (I fixed it by wedging a bit of plant label in the gap!). I don't think it would hold a heavy or thick music book but then I guess the clue is in the name. For the price, I'd say it's well worth getting.
