More than expected...
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Fantastic articulation and string separation, lots of focus (some might say the pickup doesn't sound 'open' enough for them, I enjoy just saying it has focus), wonderfully responsive to picking dynamics, gobs of midrange (this might also turn people off, but it works for me) and a very controlled low end (at first I didn't like that, I wished it had more low end, but it NEVER gets flubby, no matter how much EQ I throw at it). Not a pickup for every guitar player, but a wonderful tool none the less.

Durable and a little quircky.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I wanted this phone, most likely, for the same reason everyone else who buys it does. I wanted something I can drop, kick, step on (all accidentally of course) without destroying. In this arena the R2 excels. However, about every tenth time I try to send a text message (when I hit the send button) the phone will just go back to my home screen as if I never even typed the darn thing. Other than that, the speaker is loud as all get out, the reception is much better than I'm used to and the battery life and charging times are wonderful. The bluetooth works wonderfully as well. Honestly, no complaints about this phone other than the occasional 'technological slip' I mentioned earlier.

So this pickup is available by custom order, but I suspect that will only last so long. It's a gloriously rich PAF voicing with all the touch-sensitivity you'd expect. A good amount of that Dimarzio fluidity thrown in as well.
