  Seller initially cancelled my order because I had ordered a cheaper, identical item they were listing on the drop down options that they had named 'out of stock' even though the stock level was showing as available. They messaged me saying it was my error, but this should never been available to be ordered. I felt this was a way to make their item look cheaper than it really was for the results page. I then ordered the more expensive version and it arrived quickly as described.

  Sorry, but you didn't order a cheaper item but rather a different item from the selections which was actually cheaper and also unfortunately out of stock as it said in the listing therefore we had to cancel it
