title does not sell the book but when you have read just some of it the title fits like a glove

easily keeps floor clean

cuts and holds onto the pruned stem
single handed pruning. no need to hold onto cut off stem or flower head. the secateurs hold onto the cut stem until you release your grip on the secateurs and you can do this over your cuttings box to drop it where you want. If you use the secateurs the correct way round otherwise the cut item drops to the ground and you are left holding the main stem of the plant.
