When the fig tree arrived the box was beat up from the journey but the tree was very secure and safe with dampened wrap on the roots. Exactly as described. Works excellent!
I can tell you I have tried many. I snore really loud and don't have apnea. This works and the best part is it's adjustable. I've been using it over two years and buy one every 6mo. This is a marriage saver!
