Well-made efficient manual dishwasher
I've been using Quickie products for years, and these dishwasher refills work very nicely for one-at-a-time washing items in the sink. But they are hard to find, and the package of six packs of two refills each is a great find at a reasonable price.

Good basic VCR
This VCR provides good picture quality, and stable image in pause mode. It has no remote, so that makes it awkward to view tapes recorded from the commercial stations loaded with advertisements, requiring frequent uses of the fast-forward button to skip over them. It does sense standard play (SP) and extended play (EP) correctly, and does on-the-fly video alignment while in playback mode. There was no manual, so it's not clear how operate its automatic modes. It was an adequate choice for under $100.
