Iron Oxide Sonic Captives
Harder and harder to find these days... Not a bad price considering some want outrageous amounts for JUST ONE! (upwards of $70 for a single cassette!!???)... Tapes work fine... Thanks for making them available... Steve R.

"Stuck In The 19th Century"
If you're like me you're stuck in the 19th Century... I have no TV, no cell phone (still trying to master the two tin cans and string communication set up)... Anyway, my hearing is oriented toward the treble end, and cassettes are perfect for capturing that with the music I listen to... ALSO, I'm involved with recording projects of original music on a frequent basis, and since I never went "digital", cassettes allow me to still engage in those projects with a 4-Track Recorder... I dread the day I can no longer locate blank chrome biased cassettes... What recourse will I have? I'll have to transcend the 19th and 20th Centuries, and go "digital"... Until that apocalyptic day I truly appreciate that people still make these available for me... I salute you! Kudos, BRAVO, EXCELSIOR!! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

"Welcome Back My Friends To The Show That Never Ends"
Unfortunately, the show did have to end (RIP, Keith and Greg); however, thankfully this very unique, and atypical, trio has been well documented through these live recordings- This 1971 show captures the three during their "Freshman/Bordering On Sophomore" efforts (You get a snippet of "Tarkus", which sounds like it was still a "work in progress")- Featured gems include the eponymous debut's highlights, such as "Knife Edge", "The Barbarian" and "Take A Pebble"- Taken from an FM broadcast at The Hollywood Bowl, the sound is remarkable given the age of the recording- If you're an ELP fan you're sure to love this- If you're unfamiliar, and would like to explore them, I'd recommend the studio recordings, "Brain Salad Surgery", "Tarkus", and the self-titled first album, "Emerson, Lake & Palmer"- We shall not see the likes of them again- I just had an article published in a book about ELP, and sadly, I had to report that I never saw them (Unless you count DVD concerts)- I saw 1/3 when I beheld my Percussion Mentor/Guru, Carl Palmer on ASIA's first tour! Anyway, Balthazar "AIR COOL" Platini says, "Give it a listen"-
