Anyone who is concerned about their health related to the foods they eat should read this book and follow it's recommendations

Great product but poor advertising specifications
I was very disappointed with the advertising specifications regarding the size or "fit". The only information provided was what size thigh it would fit. Nothing about the foot size and calf size. I happen to have a size 13 foot and 16" thigh circumference. I managed to BARELY get my foot into the device and there was not much space between my calves and the device. Therefore I could not really sense the inflation/deflation process. I wore thin knee length stockings as recommended but after using the device it was VERY DIFFICULT to remove the leg pieces. I was so frustrated that I almost cut them away with a scissors.
Specifications should include foot size and calf size.
I cannot use this device and do not know what to do with it.

Outstanding quality... it really helps toenail issues, especially for me being 78+ years old
