  The good arrived damaged, not as described in the pictures. Shipping ok, Packaging non completely good, some loose part of the emballage moved and damaged the cardboard of the good( loudspeaker). I wrote to the seller (both in English and Deutsch), attaching the pictures of the damage and asking for an eventual shipping insurance (because in the announcement was mention that the return of the good is not accepted) , but I didn't get any answe yet.
