Seller never shipped item. Finally responded when eBay stepped in. Shipped using tracking number that showed delivered to another address 1,000 miles away. Refund was provided via eBay intervention.

The feedback is not accurate. I have communicated with the buyer all the time. The shipment was lost in the mail. I sent another shipment free of charge and it was received. Then the buyer contacted eBay and got a full refund and kept the Portfolio from the second shipment and never paid me for it.

I needed this fairly uncommon solenoid really fast and the seller worked with me on the shipping, and it arrived in 2 days, just as I needed. Part was exactly as described, it is now installed in the system, it is working, and everybody is happy. Great seller!!

foam in the inside of case is disintegrated turning to powder so I can't really use it to store electronic stage gear outside of case is rusted and doesn't reflect the pictures on the listing

Amazing how when you use the correct tool it just works.
Choosing the correct nozzle is critical. We have tinkered with the the flow, pressure, glue, etc.. for days.
When i put this on the Hot glue Guy, I just worked.
Love it.

It is worth every penny, I will never buy the refills. Perfect Print every time!
