  Worst experience I have had on ebay. The seller sent over a photo of the shipping label showing the correct address after issues with Fedex. When I was finally able to get the box, it had a completely different label with the wrong address as if the box was swapped. The box was also EMPTY. Packaging didnt even match product. The seller said they "did everything they were supposed to" and wer refusing to work with me until I threatened to file a police report. Do not make big purchases from them.

  I bought a driver shaft from prime369. When the shaft arrived, the box was damaged, and the shaft was broken in half. This was no fault of prim369; it was the poor transportation service of USPS. I contacted the seller with supporting pictures of the broken shaft, and without hesitation, he requested the return of the broken shaft and refunded me the original purchase price. Prime369 is an outstanding five-star seller who is true to his word.
