Vintage
It has a vintage look. There is a collection of articles (bible scriptures) that focus on well known African people in the beginning. In the very back of the book are pictures (full color large) showing people of color with textured hair.
The words of the Lord are in red. It has both the New and Old Testaments. It is large so you may want to buy a smaller one for church unless you do mind carrying it. Its beautiful though. Very worth it. I love it and will pass it down to my generations. I need a bible to reflect myself as an African American. White people can see themselves in a bible, why can’t I? I answered my question when I bought myself this bible. I can see myself as well.
