Headset arrived in great condition and worked great. However, the firmware was outdated complicating setup without controllers.

Headset arrived in great condition though the firmware was outdated so I wasn't able to connect it to my PC or enable hand tracking as easily as I had hoped. Unfortunately I did have to buy the controllers separately just to complete the setup. Since the firmware was outdated I couldn't skip setup and go straight to PCVR like I had planned. Afterwards the headset worked flawlessly and had no cosmetic damages. 5 stars.
