    Item arrived quickly but unfortunately was not received in the expected condition and was damaged. Seller was not at fault, but rectified the matter with a refund in a timely manner. Seller was responsive and polite through and through. Great customer service overall. Would buy from again, if needed, for other items.

    Had a minor issue with shipping to Hawaii. Seller immediately responded to my question/comment and clarified it. I was happy they communicated and they were great with their response.

    IKA RCT Magnetic Stirring & Hotplate was in excellent condition as stated and to my surprise powered up and functioned fully w/o issue. Had planned to service unit but looks like I won’t have to 👍. Item shipped with extreme care and sufficiently protected. Packages may experience excessive contact with the concrete so I’m glad an abundance of effort was taken cuz I promise you the shipping company WONT FIX JACK even if at fault.

    Poor packaging resulted in the unit being damaged during shipping. They sold this as parts so I guess they were not as careful about protective packing on the sides. Unfortunately the plastic face plate was broken off. Of course that is the part I really needed. I contacted the seller with photos but did not get a reply. I messaged again but have yet to hear back from them nearly a week later.
