All around good exercise
I've lost 40 pounds by eating more fruits & veggies, cutting out sweets & most cereals & using this video, replacing my original that I bought at a yard sale. I've tried Leslie Sansone's other videos & only like this one. There is a good group with her & the music isn't harsh & jittery like some of her videos. I just never get tired of it.

Great book for my new toaster oven/air fryer
It's an older book, but full of good stuff! Easy, not complicated, like it a lot.

Great book for learning the Nikon D3500!
I recently bought a Nikon D3500 which came with no instructions. I didn't know where to start and I was frantic. Thank goodness for this book, it is helping me learn all about my new camera. It's like having an instructor showing you how things are done, has great pictures showing you how the buttons and menus look and what to do with them. Many tips on how to do good photography, too. Highly recommended!
