  The minute I saw this latte mug I liked it and placed the highest bid and I got it. This has been delivered this morning in very well packed parcel . I was happy to see that is beautiful then a pic on the site. Seller is helpful too and respond quickly. I wish she had had one more but I have saved this seller. Maybe in future there's a opportunity! Thanks for this beautifully unique mug.

  Sadly this lovely tea set was damaged when I opened it. I contacted the seller who was excellent in dealing with the problem. She immediately asked me to return and she wold refund the monies I had paid. This I did and the refund was issued without delay. This seller has been superb in dealing with the matter and I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
