Good case - shame about the screen cover
I have Otterboxes on iPad Airs and I really rate them. This one is ok as far as the back is concerned but the screen cover seems really cheap. On later models it's glass - you don't know it's there. This is more like thick cellophane and it's gone on with bubbles between it and the iPad itself, which is really irritating. I can't smooth them out and taking the Otterbox apart isn't easy because it's a tight fit.
It's good, but the screen cover spoils it and I don't know how durable it will be. If I had to buy another case for an older iPad, I might look at other options.

tough pice of kit but hard to fit
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is seriously hard to fit - everything fits so tight together that prising it apart to fit it when you take it out of the box is not easy. In fact it's not easy to see where it actually does come apart. I was really worried I would break it - which I didn't but did break 2 fingernails in the process.
I got 3 of these for our office. Fitting the next two was only easier in as much a I knew what I was doing the second time.
All that said, once it was on it's really good and the fact that it's such a tight fit becomes a plus at that point, rather than a pain. It seems as tough as they say it is and although I wouldn't want to drop it in the bath, I reckon it would survive everyday spills. The cover doubles up as a stand, with two different angles available and this is really handy.
I'd recommend making sure there are no fingerprints on the inside of the glass before you snap everything together - you won't want to be taking this off in a hurry!

Essential kit for iPads
Tough protector, especially for when the iPad is being used by children. Keeps the screen pristine and protects against liquid spills. Wouldn't be without one!
