Worked in my 07 Fit Sport, but with some slight complications.
The 07 Honda Fit Sport requires ID8E Immobilizer chip while the the 2008 uses ID46 or ID48 chip. The listing for this specific key clearly says it comes with 8E chip but I received two that had ID46 chips. I contacted seller and they agreed that they had sent me the incorrect key/chip combo (the remote for keyless entry programmed fine). They sent me the correct chips and I went back to the locksmith and he was then able to pair the chip to the vehicle's computer.
So, as long as you get the keys w/ the 8E chips, this key will work.
The 8E chips look like a glass pill, whereas the ID46 chip looks like a miniature brick.
In the end, this the perfect alternative to spending $130-400 for a key at the dealership.

Great workhorse but not EDC friendly due to size
I really like this to use for working in the field because of its power and size BUT if it is something you want for EDC, the microstream usb version is perfect for that.
