Nice camera, good video, clips nicely on top of monitor
So far, this camera has worked well for me. I'm not picky when it comes to video quality, but I do think the quality is just fine.

Essentrics is a great healing workout!!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I have been doing Essentrics for several months. It's like flowing yoga and barre combined. My musculoskeletal system is a bit wacky: twisted ulna bone in left forearm, hips that aren't level, mild scoliosis in my back, etc. My lowest disc is compressed, so I have to do low-impact workouts that don't have a lot of floor work. I now do Essentrics twice a week. This DVD has great workouts! I can't do all of the floor work, but that's OK. AND--Essentrics provides a mild, steady cardio workout! I recommend this DVD to everyone.
