So sadly for me I’ve purchased an item that’s already been sold. The seller did contact me to inform me of this but has since done nothing at all??? In the meantime there is no function available to me to apply for a refund as the ‘more actions’ option which opens various choices… I choose ‘item hasn’t arrived’ to open a case but your system displays ‘give buyer a chance and that’s it???

Posh Hedgehog Home at a Great Price
Bought 2 of these hedgehog houses for a Hoggie Rescue to use for soft releases in domestic gardens.
These homes were sturdy, well made, easy to put together and look good.
Really good quality Hoggie Home at a great price.
