4 star review of the 1660 Leek
Great little knife for small chores, but thin blade tip is prone to damage. To give it 5 stars, I would like to see a sturdier design of the blade itself. I think the blade needs to be a little thicker for demanding tasks. I've heard thin blade edge is prone to rolling, but I haven't had that problem since I don't use this particular knife for that duty. Still the sandvik 14C28N steel is excellent as far as sharpness and edge retention.
One sad note is that the safety lock is prone to failure. The tab has a tendency to snap off. I really don't use it anyways, so it's not a deal breaker.

Tone Monsters
Wow, these strings sound so much better than my Fender and and a bit better than my Ernie Balls. Drastic improvement to my Epi Special II...doesn't sound so cheap anymore....want to improve the sound of your axe...slap these on and you won't be sorry..I recommend using the 10 gauge or higher, depending on your skills...there's more tone with the heavier gauge...
