It's ok
The is a pattern spare made in the far East as you may expect. Certainly looks fine and fitted in place ok, though. Internal wiring heavier duty than original, which is a good thing as the cheap underspecified wiring of the original was its weak point. The one obvious downside of the replacement is that the plastic mouldings are not as precise and it was a bit fiddly to replace the connector. I still don't feel totally confident that it'll stay on...

Not the best design
In theory this should work well. The window is to allow you the hold the injector still, using a special tool or just an open ended spanner, while loosening the locking collar. Unfortunately the window is not long enough. If you get the holding tool, or spanner, onto the flats on the injector, the end of this socket only just reached the locking collar which seemed a bit precarious - it only needs another few mm to fit confidently. Still, with care, you can manage to remove the injectors without removing the camshaft cover.

Very 0pleased
This is a very nice replacement. I bought it for my 1936 Leica and it fits very well. It doesn't look cheap and nasty although I didn't expect it to be an original item - only problem is that it is a little too shiny and new looking for my camera!
