Hoses are new but disappointed that there were no screens to keep out debris.

Very Disappointed
I gamble and brought this item according to the picture. I mounted my camera on it and the pad was not strong enough to keep it balanced. It needs a bigger footprint of the center part to give it more balance. The pad didn't hold good and made my mini camcorder fall off of the dash. Very disappointed and now feel it was misrepresented and should be refunded my money for it. The mini cam doesn't weigh very much at all and that was really the tell tell of this product.
