Absolutely brilliant.
Worked like a treat to get my dead Whirlpool machine back into action. The old components were a pain to get out of the board, mainly because there are solder points on both sides of the pcb. But a bigger iron would have made it easier. But as the know how and the parts are concerned, this solution was spot on and rescued my machine for next to nothing.

Weave too coarse and too loose.
It's ok value wise but the weave is too loose in one direction. It develops holes easily leading to uneven coverage. This makes working with it difficult. Could achieve much better quality of same weight with a tighter weave and fewer fibres in each strand.
