Disappointing...
I expected a performance bump from 4.2 on Win 7 performance index using a P4 3.0 CPU, when I upgrade to this P4 3.4 cpu. I only gained a modest increase to 4.3 on the performance index. Not what I thought. Not worth the upgrade for such modest gains.

Do it yourself...
The Vizio M422i-B1 Power Supply is the right power supply board for the noted item. I opened up the back of the TV, located the power board, unclipped two power cables and removed the board. I installed the new board, put the clips back into the new board, turned the TV on to make sure it was working before it put the back of the TV in place. It's like a brand new TV. Very easy to install. The total repair cost was $54.00 and about 15 minutes of labor. If I had sent this out to a repair shop, it would have cost me every bit of $200+ plus shipping charges. Nice job!
