Shark NV620UKT Powered Lift Away True Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner New from AO

Pleased overall

This is my first upright vacuum cleaner in over 10 years and since we had our golden labrador who sheds vast quantities of fur. It seems to cope well with picking up pet hair and dirt - the house is particularly dusty and dirty following building work so it has had a good work out! I find the lift away function really helpful. I used it for cleaning our motorhome and it was much easier than using my cylinder vacuum. I was initially amused by the headlights but can see the benefit of them. The elements I'm not so impressed with are the tools which aren't angled so not so easy to use on the end of the wand or hose as those which I've had on other vacuums. I also find that it tips over easily when the lift away element has been taken off. I've only had it a fortnight so can't comment on how well it performs over a longer period. I've made a drawstring bag for the accessories but it would be useful if some sort of tool storage was supplied.

So pleased that we chose this solution for our shoe storage

We love this shoe rack which has transformed our new utility room. Our shoes used to take up so much floor space - we reckon that it has saved about 9 square metres of floor space. We did varnish it so that it would be easier to clean.
