Does what it says.
I bought the V8 to replace the water damaged original hot grips item. It replaces both the handlebar temp switch and hidden control box. Simple to fit using the supplied power cable. Half the price of a complete kit.

Better than expected.
After the original exhaust rusted and almost fell in half after 2 yrs, I thought this was worth a try and was pleasantly surprised! It fitted straight from the box, sounds ok and seems at least as good quality as the original. You'll need a new exhaust gasket and i would ecommend blanking the EGR. Better than expected for under £50.

Did the job.
Not a straight forward replacement in my case! Be warned, once the nylon insert is in, it's not coming out again without damaging it! Cylinder must be spotlessly clean and especially clear of all aluminium oxidation. If you need to drive the insert in, the piston will stick.
