Awesome book!
This is THE definitive book on the nutritional content of food. It's incredible. Anyone who has special needs regarding their diet should own this. Whether you have a kidney transplant, like me, or are diabetic or pregnant or nursing or just want to be informed, get this book!
They update it from time to time; the newest is the 19th edition & costs about $160. My copy is the 18th & cost $3.74 with free shipping. Amazing!

A must for all folks with dietary restrictions.
The absolute best & most comprehensive reference for anybody with dietary restrictions; not just those trying to lose weight. Diabetics, hemodialysis patients, people with high cholesterol, transplant recipients or just anyone wanting to have a more health giving diet. Knowledge is power!
