Robertson Biography

I ready this book because I'm a fan of Robbie Robertson and the Band. I therefore had great pleasure reading it. I think this is well written ,and an honest story about his personal life and career as a musician from the-50's to the late-70's. Highly recomend this book for everyone interested in popular art and music from this period.

A Burdon Life

For my generation growing up in the 60's , Eric Burdon & The Animals are heroes , along with The Beatles. This biography is of course a subjective story of Burdon's perception and remembrance of his pop/rock life. Anyway , if you are a fan or not , this is definetly interestingly reading. In my opinion Burdon gives a honest story in this book , and it's written in an engaging way that charmed me right away! I definetly recommend this book for all who are interested in the rock culture . Peace and Love ✌
