cheap and decent
Got one in the drawbar of my milling machine, likely overloaded as all heck but it operates much smoother than the plain bearing that was there.

isn't marked sandvik, but looks to be of the best quality, nothing chinese about it

consider it a box of rough castings to be finished by the end user
only contains enough springs for 10 psi, these used to come with a full load of springs
Castings are rough and require some minor die grinder work to flow properly, the valve is nicely shrouded by the body for the first 1/4" of travel from the seat.
The top cap is not made with enough clearance for the wastegate to open fully, first the springs coil bind at about 5/16" of opening, then with the springs removed you can get 3/8" of valve travel, if you cut the cap in two and weld in a piece of pipe to extend the top cap you can get a full 5/8" of valve movement where the back side of the valve bottoms out on the valve guide.
I wouldn't buy one if I expected a finished article.
