Easy to clean and good quality toaster
There is disparity in heating-one side darker than the other on one slot-otherwise it toasts well.
My one criticism is that the slots are not wide enough to fit a standard slice and the options you have, therefore, are to have a pale top border to the slice or to cut the bread in half and toast each part alone which would increase energy usage if more than one round is needed.
This seems to be a common complaint in many other makes of toaster.
Other wise, this is a good appliance
