  I purchased this item at the beginning of July. I waited for weeks with no shipment processing information until I decided to contact the seller. There was no response for an entire week. I had initially requested my order to be cancelled but it was declined so I know they knew about my order. I would have been fine with keeping this item but again it was never even shipped. The seller states 2 day shipping but this did not happen for me.

  This seller recently went above and beyond my expectations, immediately responding to my request to expedite the processing of an order that was very important to me. Even more importantly to me, the seller s kindness and decency as a person shined through in the manner in which my orders were handled.I couldn t recommend this seller more highly.
